Since beginning his real estate career in 1987, Claude Leclair has been dedicated to offering truly comprehensive service to all his clients. He has consistently pursued further professional development, taking university courses and attending seminars on real estate and economics to provide his clients with the information they need to make smart business decisions.
Claude is a certified real estate broker and has served as director of two real estate agencies: Royal LePage in Blainville and Century 21 in Rosemère. He covers Montreal and the entire North Shore, including the cities of Blainville, Sainte-Thérèse, Boisbriand, Rosemère, Lorraine, Bois-des-Filion, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, and Mirabel. Since most of his business comes from client referrals, he also frequently works in the Laurentians and downtown Montreal.
As a real estate professional, Claude has a strong understanding of the needs of both buyers and sellers. He specializes in income properties for investors and in residential real estate to meet his clients' personal investment needs.
His slogan for over 25 years, "My Mission, Your Home!" perfectly reflects his business philosophy. He fulfills his mission by always putting client needs first. Claude knows that high-quality professional service is what clients expect from a real estate agent. He believes in building long-term relationships based on mutual trust, fully aware that more than 90% of his income comes from referrals by satisfied clients and other professionals.

Many of you have met their daughter Rachel, who worked part-time as Claude's receptionist for nearly six years. She now holds a second bachelor's degree in translation (after her first in literature) and works as an administrative assistant and translator at a borough office in Montreal. Zacharie, 16 months younger than Rachel, holds a doctorate in American history and teaches at the university level.
